Good News - Government finally begins to demonstrate a genuine commitment towards developing alternative, non-animal testing procedures.
The Latest Statistics regarding animals used in experiments were published on Monday 23rd July 2007 for the year 2006. This year the statistics have been separated out making the information appear more comprehensive. However, the information available is much the same as in previous year apart from the addition of a rather useful report called Time Series Tables for comparing statistics over the last 20 years.
