If you're busy or on a budget, a salon visit might be out of reach. So, for a spa experience in the comfort of your home, we've put together some simple and affordable recipes. Go ahead... pamper yourself with these naturally healthy treatments.

Detox Bath - Great for post-party, dieting, a part of weight maintenance or general body cleansing: Lemon 3 drops - Grapefruit 3 drops - Peppermint 3 drops

Mix the above oils with a tablespoon of the Face & Body Base and add to a full bath, then agitate the water to disperse fully. Get in and lie back for at least 10 minutes, to allow the oils to purify and cleanse. For added benefit, add a cupful of Epsom salts to the water to enhance the detox process.
