Company Focus
Latest news and company profiles
Each month this spot will highlight a cruelty free company, and the personalities
who have shaped them, often from humble beginnings into successful ethically sound
companies. This month’s focus is on Faith In Nature.
From Kitchen Table to Mass Production
Founded over 30 years ago, Faith in Nature grew from a cottage industry founded by
Rona Rose, originally making skincare products in her own kitchen. Guided by a clear
vision, Rona made products from natural ingredients without animal testing or animal
ingredients. “Formulated to be safe, gentle and caring”.

Rona continues to formulate products, though 100 strong team, and continues to
maintain the cruelty free ethic, having a FCOD of 1984 and, together with her inhouse
team developed, The Organic Aloe Vera range which was voted Best Body Care range in
2003 in Health and Wholefood shops.
The products are not only kind to animals, but environmentally and
ecologically friendly too. Clear Springs ingredients don’t contain any of the Optical
Whiteners, Bleach, Phosphates and enzymes, often found in other household cleaning
products.
The range includes washing-up liquids, laundry liquid, dishwasher gel and rinse
aid. |
Indeed The Independent on Sunday’s verdict on Clear Spring Dishwasher Gel, when
competing against other supermarket brands, was that it produced "Sparkling, shiny,
very clean dishes."
