Daniel Field - a Hair Care Pioneer

From early on in his hairdressing career, Daniel Field firmly resolved to maintain a policy based on CARE; care for animals and humans. From that day on Daniel has succeeded in developing gentler, safer hair care, without animal testing or animal ingredients.

Daniel initially started making home-grown natural hair care products in his family’s greenhouse, having found that continuous use of shampoos used in conventional hair salons gave him dermatitis. Since then Daniel’s recipes for gentle yet effective hair care products based on plant extracts, minerals and vitamins, have earned Daniel a nationwide reputation for holistic, effective, caring and environmentally friendly products - truly TLC for hair!

Having a fixed cut off date of 1984, Daniel Field’s Natural Colours hair care range has only ever been tried and tested on willing human volunteers in Daniel’s salons. Daniel Field is considered the pioneer of an entirely new approach, one of natural, organic and mineral hair products and hairdressing.

Daniel's successes include being the creator of the world's first non-peroxide, non-ammonia permanent colour, ideal for 100% grey coverage. Daniel Field's Natural Colours Range and indeed his entire salon’s colouring ranges offer everything needed to achieve a modern professional colouring effect that is genuinely cruelty free.

Daniel has salons in London and a special hair colouring clinic where he personally attends to clients who are undergoing chemotherapy or have had a hair colouring disaster, or are in need of these gentle natural products and Daniel's 30 years of experience!

Daniel’s Natural Colours Range (£6.99) is available from Sainsbury’s supermarkets, and the entire organic and mineral hair care range is available via mail order.
